PRICES

The prices communicated by our booking module are given as an indication and may vary depending on the period or the desired time, to obtain confirmation of the prices, please request a quote.
The transfer rate applies to direct non-stop travel from the pick-up point to the point of arrival, le service se terminant immédiatement après. La quantité de bagages transportée est proportionnelle à la capacité du véhicule.
Our prices are inclusive of VAT,
The prices shown are inclusive of all taxes and include the vehicle, the driver service, insurance for persons transported, fuel. Tolls and car parks not initially planned in the journey remain the responsibility of the customer.
The price given corresponds to a price per vehicle, regardless of the number of people (maximum of 1 at 4 people for sedans)

Day rates : 1,99€/km . 07h00 – 19h00

Night rates : 2.99€/km – 19h00 – 07h00

The night rate is applied on Sunday and on public holidays.

BOOKING

CONCERNING PRIVATE TRANSPORT, BUSINESS, TRANSFER AND PROVISION

Any service must be the subject of a written reservation, accompanied by payment of the price of the proposed Service.
The price of the Service is payable in cash in euros prior to the performance of the service.
All service reservations must be made at the latest 24 hours before the start of the service.
It must be carried out by the client or by a duly authorized representative.
All reservations must mention the place of performance of the service, the number of passengers and the name and contact details of the beneficiary of the service if this is different from those of the customer.

CONCERNING PERSONALIZED QUOTATION REQUESTS, EVENTS.

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a quote corresponding to the items provided.
This quote, as part of a confirmation of services, should be returned to us, dated, signed and accepted and returned by mail or e-mail, for the sake of respect for both parties.
The firm reservation of the vehicle for our services (PERSONALIZED QUOTE REQUESTS, EVENTS,) will only be taken into account upon receipt of a deposit in the amount of 50 % of the price indicated on the estimate, the Balance to be paid 15 Days before the service. Regarding tourism transport, Event, any cancellation by the customer must be notified 15 days before the start of the service.
For any reservation canceled less than 15 days before the service, 100 % the amount of the service will be invoiced. Reservation by convention or others, will only be accepted for large accounts.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation of reservation must be notified 2 hours before the start of the service. Failing that and for whatever reasons, it will be, as a fixed and fixed penalty, non-deductible equal to the amount initially provided for when booking.

BENEFIT

The service is only valid once, and if it turns out that the client was not present at the meeting place, the service would be permanently lost and would not give any right to reimbursement.

Any expectation, beyond a ten-minute franchise, will be billed on the hourly basis mentioned in our rates for the category of the vehicle reserved.
Any overtime started will be due in full.
Any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle will be the responsibility of the customer.
Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
Wearing a seat belt is compulsory.
Never, the customer may not require the driver to exceed the authorized speed limit or commit traffic violations.
The responsibility of our drivers being engaged during the rental period of the vehicle, they are instructed to respect and enforce the laws in force.
Reims connexion reserves the right to interrupt the service in progress if the driver notices that the customer is committing an offense, for example the use of narcotics, alcohol, but also if the behavior of customers endangered the safety of the driver or that of the rented vehicles, or if the customers were insulting to the driver.

RULES

Our services are payable on booking, except for customers with an account at our establishment.
We accept cash payments, transfer and bank cards (Visa, Master Card, NFC, American Express…).
In all cases, the customer, signatory of the reservation, is solely responsible for the payment of the service.
Any additional service will be invoiced on the basis of a price per kilometer and at the time specified on the order form.
By express agreement, any pricing unit (hour, kilometer, etc ) started is due.

ASSURANCES

The responsibility of la société Private visit is limited to the clauses of our insurance contract.
Our vehicles are insured for the transport of people and our travelers for all bodily injuries with our insurer MAAF, insurance covering professional civil liability, in accordance with French regulations, in accordance with article L. 3120-4 of the transport code.
The principal will be free to take out additional insurance at his expense for the cancellation costs, repatriation costs or cover for transported luggage without this list being exhaustive.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

La société Private visit s’engage à respecter la vie privée de ses clients.
Personal information and other data communicated will not be used for any purpose other than improving the service provided and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.

POLICE AND SECURITY RULES

The vehicle and the driver will be provided with the on-board documents necessary for the smooth running of the entire transport.
In accordance with the law in force in all public places, it is strictly forbidden to smoke on board our vehicles.
In accordance with the provisions of the drinking establishments code, it is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages on board our vehicles.
Wearing a seat belt is compulsory for all passengers in vehicles equipped with this equipment.

LITIGATION

Any complaint will only be accepted within 8 days after the performance of the service. In case of dispute, only the Commercial Court of la société VISITE Privée
